Liquid Motion® classes are all level classes and in each 75- minute session, students will learn the fundamentals of Liquid Motion® to build a foundation for methodical floor & wall work.
Whether you have no dance background or are a seasoned competitor, each class will offer you an exploration into connected, intuitive and immersive body movement & flow.

Liquid Motion® is an open level class that utilizes elements of sensual movement and dance theory to provide a total mind and body movement experience.
In each 75-minute class, students will learn and expand upon the fundamentals of Liquid Motion® each week, to build a foundation for methodical floor and wall work. The class is made up of body conditioning, lateral movement drills, intricate floor sequences, exploration of sensual movement, and an understanding of total body awareness. This combination is Liquid Motion® and the end result is breathtaking, with a seamless and natural movement quality.
Each class starts with simple introductions and a 20-minute warm-up. After we're warm, we do lateral movements across the floor followed by movement breakdowns that will come together into a flow sequence. At the end of class, everyone has the opportunity to freestyle dance with the flow we learned in class that day.
WHO IS THIS CLASS DESIGNED FOR?
Anyone who is interested in becoming more body aware, awakening their senses, expanding their movement language and becoming more connected to their erotic body voice. Regardless of your age, body type, or experience (or not) with dance, this class will give you the tools to move organically, safely, and with intention.
WHAT IS PROVIDED?
There is a water dispenser and a limited number of yoga mats. I also provide a few extra pairs of kneepads for newbies!
WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING?
Bring a yoga or exercise mat, knee pads (trust me!), wear layers and socks. Most importantly, bring yourself ontime!
WHERE SHOULD YOU PARK?
On the street. Please allow extra time ahead of class to find street parking.
Class may be canceled up to 24 hours before class time for a full refund.
No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of class time.
If you would like to reschedule a class for another class date, you can cancel the class you are signed up for, up to 24 hours in advance. Then, sign up for another day that works better for you. No rescheduling is accommodated less than 24 hours in advance of the current scheduled class date/time.
No refunds or rescheduling will be accommodated for those who do not show up to class.

Brenda Munson has been teaching sensual movement and body immersed
flow since 2012, awakening bodies to the brilliance of their personal and unique flow. As an S Factor® teacher she has guided students through the most soulful and intuitive style of pole dance; opening the female body into her full, free, erotic expression. Brenda has been teaching S Factor for over 6 years and became certified in Liquid Motion® in early 2018.
A Special Message From Brenda
I am a flowing feminine.
When I listen to music my body instantly begins to flow in a delicious and authentic way. I’m able to let my body move without any preconceived plan
or self consciousness and you know what? It feels amazing.
This wasn’t always me. Before I learned how to move in ways that felt good
to ME, I remember feeling so self conscious going dancing with friends, trying to copy movement that felt awkward in my body...just to blend in! One time, I even mimicked a YouTube video of a woman dancing burlesque so I could try and dance “sexy” for my partner at the time. When that "performance" went horribly and embarrassing wrong, I knew there must be a better way to feel more confident and connected to my body.
So, I went on a journey:
-I tried all kinds of yoga...
-I tried all kinds of hip hop classes...
-I was even ready to join an ashram!
Everything changed the moment I discovered a feminine movement class called S Factor®, which encouraged me to move in a way that FELT yummy to me. I instantly dove into the world of embodied movement and soon formed a deep and loving connection to my body. I learned how to let go of what looked good and instead learned to trust my body to move in ways that felt good.
Adding the layer of Liquid Motion to my movement practice has given me more body language to move into deeper and richer flow. What I desire is for each of my students to feel free and connected to their bodies, and in their movement. My hope is that you feel empowered and delicious whether you are alone or being witnessed.
